Why your website is not getting enquiries
If people visit your website but do not call, book, or fill in the form, the problem is usually clarity, trust, speed, or the next step.
Your offer is not clear enough
A visitor should not have to work out what you do. Say the service, location, and outcome clearly near the top of the page.
The phone number is too hard to find
On mobile, the contact path should be obvious. If someone has to open a menu, scroll to the footer, or copy a number manually, many will give up.
There is not enough proof
People want to know you are real, capable, and safe to contact. Add examples, reviews, service areas, photos, and specific details that show experience.
The page is too slow or cluttered
Slow pages and busy layouts create doubt. A good website feels calm, direct, and easy to scan.
The form asks too much
For a first enquiry, keep the form short. Ask for the basics, then follow up personally. Long forms can reduce leads, especially on phones.
You are attracting the wrong visitors
If your keywords, ads, or page content are too broad, you may get visitors who are not ready to buy. The page should speak directly to the type of customer you want.
